Enjoy lunch catered by Curt's Cafe while H. Luke Shaefer, co-author of $2.00 a Day: Living on Almost Nothing in America, shares his insights and perspective on homelessness. Mr. Shaefer is an associate professor at the University of Michigan School of Social Work and the Gerald R. Ford School of Public Policy, where he studies poverty and social welfare policy in the United States. Mr. Shaefer is a former resident of Evanston.

NEW POST-LUNCH PANEL DISCUSSION
1:30pm - 2:30pm

New this year, we will hold an afternoon panel discussion to directly address some of your questions about homelessness. The panel will include Mr. Shaefer, a former Connections' client, and members of Connections' staff.

While there is no additional cost to attend the Panel Discussion, seating will be limited. A paid ticket to the Luncheon and an advance reservation for the Panel Discussion are required.
