Serving homeless adults and families and those threatened with homelessness

Through our core programs, Connections provides housing, employment and supportive services to move individuals and families out of the shadow of homelessness.

EntryPoint provides outreach and drop-in services to people living on the streets

Hilda's Place provides transitional shelter with supportive services for single adults

Family Housing Services provides transitional housing with supportive services for families

Prevention Services effectively prevents homelessness with rent and utility assistance for those at-risk

Permanent Supportive Housing provides permanent housing and support services for people with special needs

Men's belts and jeans
New socks and underwear
$5 gift cards to Jewel, Payless shoe store, CVS, or Dominick's
CTA fare cards, new car seats for children
soap, shampoo, conditioner, lotion, deodorant, razors
men's pants sizes 32-38, women's pants sizes 8-18, L and XL T-shirts,
winter coats, new or gently used socks and shoes
Luxury items appropriate for silent auctions and raffles
